Wavefront Consulting specialise in the development of RF, microwave and millimetre wave electronics. The company also has expertise in the design of the necessary system control and power supply components required of standalone systems. Following employment as a Graduate Engineer at a contract Research and Development company, the company founder received the PhD degree from The University of Manchester in 2005. In collaboration with a GaAs device foundry, developments were made in the area of nonlinear device modelling. He has since been highly active in the design of microwave power amplifiers and associated systems. Pre-release evaluation work on GaN devices was awarded by a major device supplier and a contract working with external parties in the design of high power amplifiers that exploit the latest currently available GaN device technology was completed early this year. We are currently working on the development of E band millimetre wave transceiver technology. The company has a combined 30 years experience in various branches of microwave electronics, including the medical, defence and telecommunications sectors.
